Been a Tenant with these folk for the last 4 years and cannot fault them. They have always been polite, professional, fair and helpful to us (even when others weren't so!) and have always been quick to respond whenever I needed them for help with the property. Would recommend these as good local letting agents for Newbury and would happily go back with them in the future.

Outstanding service and communication. Didn't have one problem while renting with Charles Abbey, any emails were quickly answered and both commencement and termination of tenancy completed with no hassle. Would 100% recommend. If I'm ever back in the area would confidently use them again.

We have just recently rented a property from Charles Abby and I have to say it was a great experience, such professionalism from the first enquiry to collecting our keys, nothing was a problem and due to covid most of our transactions were done via the phone and emails. When we finally met face to face he was such a gentleman, would definitely rent from them again.

Having rented properties for the last 6 years, I have to say Charles Abby has been the best experience. From initial call to arrange viewing to checking in the communication was excellent and prompt. They arranged a thorough check in (something I've not had before, normally pick keys up from office and go!) they met me at the property to answer questions, check meters, go through keys etc. Would recommend Charles Abby to family and friends!
