The Robert Wilson Estate Agency Group is the biggest sole trader estate agency business in Northern Ireland. With 3 branches stretching from Dunmurry to Lurgan, with our head office based in Moira. The business has a wide reach into the heart of the province. Robert Wilson opened his first Estate Agent office on Moira Main Street a little over 30 years ago and we have been serving the people of Moira and beyond ever since.

We have three Estate Agent offices which span along the M1 corridor. These are our Moira flagship office, our Lurgan Office, both of which are headed up by Jamie Burton and our Dunmurry Office run by Paul Graham.

Property Valuations Report

Valuations are carried out for many of the major lending houses and a large number of private clients. These include houses, commercial premises, and plant and machinery and total asset appraisals for re-financing and other accountancy requirements. Valuations / Market appraisals are an integral part of what we do.

Sales Services Report

We offer a complete friendly and professional sales service to both purchasers and vendors alike. We aim to alleviate as much of the stress and hard-work that can be involved in moving home for our clients as we can, we like them to feel that our staff are with them "every step of the way".

Property Management Report

David McKinley is our dedicated property management manager. David is responsible for all our managed properties across all 3 offices. David offers property owners a very comprehensive management service from arranging repairs, finding and vetting tenants to rent collections and payments. We like to think that David offers all our landlords, who choose property management, a peace of mind, he will look after all the calls and communications from tenants.He has a team of contractors that he can call on to look after whatever works are required.

Tenant Services Report

Property rentals are an integral part of our day business. Rented accommodation is in very high demand and we are proud to say we offer a very comprehensive rental service that ensures we find the most suitable tenants for our landlords. Ruth Watson is our property lettings manager in our Moira Office.

I don't have a massively good review to write here unfortunately as my experience with renting from this firm has been disappointing at best! Taking a large cash deposit to secure a rental property and then calling back a week later to say the property was no longer available was completely unacceptable in my opinion and so I won't be using their services again. Maybe I had bad luck as I have heard good things about this firm-so best to try for yourself.
