Worst experience I have had. Have been waiting a week to hear the outcome of an application and every time I phoned the person dealing with the house was either off or would get back to me in 15. not at all. I finally rang today to be told "if you havent been contacted it wasnt you who got it". Feel like Ive missed out on other properties as a result. Worst experience with an estate agent I have ever had. Would not recommend!
