I rented a property that was managed by Peter Ball & Co for just under two years and cannot praise Emma and the lettings team enough. Throughout my time there Emma was always very responsive, personable and professional. When I had issues at the property they were always dealt with and resolved within a timely manner. Having rented several properties with different letting agents, I can say that Peter Ball & Co were by far the best that I have dealt with. Would highly recommend!

I have been a tenant of Peter Ball for almost 3 years and I cannot speak too highly of their services. All members of staff with whom I have had contact have been courteous & efficient. Most of my experience has been where appliances have needed repair or replacement. Elaine not only responds rapidly to any requests, but seem to have a group of experienced plumbers, electricians, etc who are able to promptly diagnose & address any problem. Excellent Service.

After personal recommendations we chose Peter Ball as letting agents for our 2 properties in Cheltenham. From the start we have had exceptional service from Mark Craven and Elaine Meadows and all the supporting staff which include Emma and Belinda. As we do not reside in Cheltenham, we rely on Elaine to solve any problems that may occur and she has always responded immediately and very efficiently. There is not doubt that they are a wonderful team and we are confident that our interests are always a priority.

Peter Ball has managed my flat in Cheltenham for 15 years and they have been fantastic. They are very thorough with the checks they do, respond quickly to issues and have excellent customer service. Elaine Meadows, the property manager, is amazing! I live abroad so I really appreciate how she takes care of my flat as if it were her own. When my flat needed drying out after being re-plastered, she parked round the corner every day so she could check on progress.

She advised me of how to upgrade the flat, found suppliers, managed the work and sent me a video of the completed work. She also keeps me up to date with what is happening with the neighboorhood and my neighbors. Elaine takes the stress out of being a landlord and I can't speak highly enough of her!

I chanced upon Peter Ball & Co when I was looking for three estate agents to provide a valuation for probate. I later chose them to handle the sale of my late parents' home. For both exercises they were friendly, helpful and efficient. The initial probate valuation was carried out straight away and the sale was very quick. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Well dispite our house sale falling through a week before completion I cannot fault the service of Peter and Ball. They sold my house within 3 weeks I had about 20 veiwings in that period After every viewing they gave me feedback within 24 hours. There aftersales service kept me and hubby and imformed at all times and we always spoke to the same person 90% of the time getting straight through or she would return our call within the day. Even when things started to go wrong she kept me sane and calm.!
