Having sold my last two family homes with Peterball, I can say nothing but praise for them. In particular Nicola Mitchell and Dionne Hunter have been faultless in the entire process and gone above and beyond! Nicola was our main Sales Manager and led our sale, she was fantastic getting to know the house and really marketing it for us, she was honest with potential buyers and also us.

We sold our house which was on the market for less than 2 days before our final buyers were found. Dionne was our Sale Progressor, her value was significant, she chased every part of the chain she has access too, regularly updating me (a very needy customer!). She often informed me of facts even before other parties did and really empowered me to be in the centre of information flow, which was critical for my (on going) sale.

She was super proactive when though conversations were needed, she clearly values me as a customer and does not attempt to hide issues. She offered plenty of advice and she clearly has a lot of experience, which was invaluable. They both always pick up the phone and if they do not they will ring you back (rare these days)! I really couldn't blow both of their trumpet enough if I tried. This was a very similar experience to my previous sale with Peter ball. Can't express my gratitude enough for both of their efforts and Peterballs as a whole.

When we were looking to move house Nicola, Jonathan and the team could not have been more helpful, friendly and informative. They felt like part of the family. There was never a time that neither my wife nor I couldn't ask them that stupid question'. Now even though due to circumstances we are unable to move, the support and understanding you get from these guys is immense.

When the time IS RIGHT for us to move and even though the office in Bishops Cleeve has shut and they are now based in Tewkesbury both my wife and I will use Peter Ball BUT it has to be Nicola or Jonathan as they know this area well will help you as a client find the right property and help if you are looking to move outside the area with selling your house and if like us looking to move out of the area hints and tips on what to look for and what yo ask the Estate Agent on the house you are looking to buy. Selling a home in a pandemic is not as much fun as it sounds, but the service we received from Peter Ball in Bishop's Cleeve was outstanding. Nicola, Jonny and Sam are a tremendous team. Very professional team, we're always available to contact and if not would always call back promptly. Very proactive in trying to sell our house as well as trying to find us one that suited our needs. Nicola and Jonny were always upfront and honest with me and gave me plenty of reassurance. Once we had sold and found a property, Dionne was outstanding at keeping communication lines open between us and purchaser and various solicitors.
