Excellent service, can't recommend highly enough. The professional advice provided in my opinion was far superior to that of others which enabled the sale of my house and the purchase of the new property asap. The team at Berryman's were always available be that either via phone or email to assist throughout the process. Next time I need an estate agent they will be the first one I contact.

We have just collected the keys to our new house. The process was stressful as any house move is. However Matt Jakeman was a super star. He guided us through the whole process, nothing was ever too much bother. He put up with daily phone calls from myself, his communication was amazing. I never felt we were bothering him. I would highly recommend berrymans and Matt to anyone who asks.

After the flat my step son was buying from another estate agent fell through as the vendor withdrew the property, berrymans found him the perfect flat, they kept us informed throughout the process taking away a lot of the stress involved in buying your first home. They did all the chasing of the solicitors and ensured we were informed of the progress. I would like to recommend the estate agent matt who I can not praise enough. Thank you

I used Berrymans to sell my late mother's bungalow and I found their overall service was excellent. I recently purchased a bungalow in Burnham - on -Sea through Berrymans and can honestly say from start to finish they give a first class service keeping you informed at all times. I had a few problems with solicitors initially but Matt sorted it and he really does make you feel at ease giving you the old fashioned quality service.
