Daren, & George from Avery's, worked very hard to support the sale of my mothers property, during what was a very difficult time. They helped to quickly identify a suitable buyer, & the house was sold within a few days of being advertised. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend anyone, in the market, to buy or sell a property, to reach out to Avery's, at first instance. You can feel confident in the fact that they will provide you with a first-rate service.

I found Avery to be professional with great communication. The house sale was a little tricky at times, Avery kept me informed and advised me accordingly. I have used Avery in the past and I would use them again.

Up dateed 14/02/22 have changed rating to a 2 would be 2.5 but cant, as this has now been sorted. not going to remove as it was your fault that i had this problem. when i asked for it to be sorted it was only sorted after this 1 star review, and after i had to clear it up my self. as a heads up if this had been sorted when they first came out i would have given you 5 stars I have never used Averys but the house next door is let by them.

The fence was replaced on monday 6th march by Knoll View Property Maintenance who thought it was not their job to leave the shared path and my drive way in a clean and mud free state. I reported this to Averys on Tuesday, and they got the contractor to come back and clean up, i say clean up, but they did nothing there is still mud on the path and on my drive. i would think long and hard before you use this company while they stil use a contractor who finds it too much trouble to finish the job. Would not trust them to fix a problem with their workmanship from what i have seen.

Found the perfect house for rent for us. Excellent service. Now looking forward to our move. Thank you Averys.

Have used a couple of letting agents in the past and not been particularly impressed, Avery, however, are in another realm. Their team, particularly Mandi, whom I met and is very helpful and knowledgeable, and Eva dealt with everything from start to finish and even dealt with some stuff that I don't even think is in their remit. All sorted super quick and problem free and, best of all, required zero input from me! Very happy all round. Would definitely recommend.

We bought our new home through Avery, they were fantastic. All the staff we worked with were friendly and helpful. No question was to much trouble and they were always quick it respond. They offer great service and I would definitely recommend them.

Avery have let and managed our property since March 2020 when we left the UK for 12 months in Australia to be with family. Due to Covid we are still enjoying life here and have continued to use them. We find Mandi and Eva to be very efficient and prompt in dealing with any issues and replying to emails etc. We thoroughly recommend Avery to anyone considering letting out a property.

Critical: Professionalism Rang here several times first time the man was very rude! Took my phone number to call me back never bothered I would never ever sale my house with this company!neither would I recommend asking them about renting they make promises they don't keep awfull disgracfull company learn some telephone manners

Our letting agent of choice, absolutely first class, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent advertising and tenant screening. Fantastic value for money, Mandi and team really do a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My house purchase was a bit of a rollercoaster, with various complications. Averys were very kind, helpful and sympathetic in liaising between all the various parties involved and everything was sorted in the end - now I am very happy in my new home.

All of the members of the team are very friendly, professional and do everything they can to ensure the sale/purchase goes through as painlessly as possible. They are very knowledgeable, of the area and of their business, and will do whatever it takes to ensure their customers are getting a good service. In particular Mandi and Darren went above and beyond, they worked so hard to straighten out anything that cropped up, and I would highly recommend their services. Don't bother with the rest, trust in Avery's to see you through one of the most important transactions you are likely to make.

I would recommend Avery for letting your property. Mandi is a great asset to the business and worked hard to get a good tenant in situ. Follow up service is very good too.

As the buyer I found them very efficient at unblocking log jams at overworked solicitors (who had taken on too many clients and as a consequence gave bad service for the same full price). They were always there to get answers quickly from the seller. Could not have wished for more.

A special thanks to the whole Avery's team, especially Daren. You all went above and beyond to help sell me and my brothers house in Weston. You really did go the extra mile and were completely helpful and supportive along the way. Would definitely use again and recommend their services to anyone.
