Honestly, wouldn't even give them 1 star, after today, Susie came to give an estimate on a property. This was not to sell or rent, just due to requests finalising a legal document. I found her not only outstandingly rude and unprofessional, with a stinking attitude on the phone, but she was absolutely rude and disrespectful to the property owner. Having no right to voice her unwanted opinion and undervaluation saying "no one would want to buy this property" and then breaching confidentiality and slagging off a property and the owner close to ours as well as giving information which actually is completely wrong and against protocol!
Avoid like the plague you'll get ripped off and terrible service and constantly be interrogated! Honestly don't bother even contacting them and wasting your time! The reason why this estate agency is not doing well is that shocking woman and her stinking attitude! Don't work in customer service, you have no client skills!
