When our father passed away, my sister and I approached Wills and Smerdon to put his flat on the market. James was our first point of contact and he demonstrated great sensitivity at what was a difficult time for us and also gave us very good and helpful advice. Once a buyer had been found Grant was our main liaison and he has maintained excellent communication regarding the progress of the sale.
