Office manager Lisa extremely poor and harassing when not getting her own way. Re-advertising the property after weeks of going through legals when she did not get her own way and could not be bothered to call the solicitor. Solicitor had our instructions after we had asked them to deal with the agent due to her lies and harassing and demanding emails.

I have been very happy with the service I received from Lisa and her team. Dealing with bereaved family members is not easy and this was done with compassion which I am grateful for. When there were any issues they were addressed, supported and advised upon. I would highly recommend this estate agents.

Had the pleasure of having Phoebe handle my purchase throughout and to say she was amazing is an understatement! Unfortunately we drew the short straw with solicitors but this was 100% made up for by Phoebe who took matters into her own hands and kept us updated constantly. We used this agency to sell our mother's bungalow after twice having the sale fall through with another agent. We were promised that once a sale was agreed, Lisa and her colleagues would regularly update us on the current position. I am pleased to say that Lisa, Joe and latterly, Nadine, kept in contact with the buyers and kept us updated weekly in the process. This meant that any issues could be quickly ironed out. Joe and Lisa who were our main contacts were brilliant throughout our sale and purchase which dragged on through no fault of their own but were always at the end of the phone for us and would chase up whenever we asked. Right from the start, both my wife and myself had a good relationship with Lisa, the Branch Manager and her team. We were kept updated weekly by email and when circumstances changed, by phone. The experience was easy enough and straightforward, I would say that I had to answer more questions from the buyers solicitors than from 'DI Steve Arnott' in the Line of Duty'! (Humour) but all god questions I might add.! They were all very professional in how they handled our house sale.
