Tenants be aware. these are the last people who you should rent from. they are very rude and unprofessional. they are also threatening me with taking me to court for damages but the house was already damaged when i moved in? they had no proof of me and tenants causing damages as they only had pictures from a year before we moved in. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Please also see their responses to other negative reviews. They do no hold themselves accountable.

Phil was extremely rude to me and my housemates. Accused us of not paying rent even though we provided evidence. We never got our deposit back. Stay away from them!

The home agency were awful to me and everyone in the house. They would constantly harass us claiming we had not paid rent when we all did and provided evidence of this with Phill's name in every one. And when we asked when the rent had supposedly not been paid they told us to figure it out? If we are paying YOU money, where has it gone? It shouldn't been up to us to figure it out. Phill is very rude and 0/10 would not recommend. For context, see how they respond to the other negative reviews. Very telling.

I have dealt with The Home Agency for many years because the lettings manager, Phil, is excellent. I like the fact that unlike other letting agents, Phil is a good communicator both with me (the landlord) and tenants, is professional at all times and supplies all paperwork and relevant details to me quickly. Would definitely recommend Phil.

I have been a tenant with The Home Agency for just over 2 years, and I cannot fault the service provided by Phill from start to finish, any problems which I had reported were resolved quickly and efficiently, I also had a quick return of the deposit at the end of my tenancy. I have just moved out from the property that I rented via The Home Agency for almost 7 years. I couldn't say a bad word about those guys. They were always very respectful of my space. They never bothered me with too many inspections (after they established that property was well looked after). If there was any issues, they would normally have someone come round withIn 24-48h, adjusting to my working hours too.

Over the years they treated me well and haven't done what many agencies do: increase the price every time they possibly can. Of course there was rent increase but I was there 7 years. I don't think this was unreasonable. My deposit was returned without any delays. If you are a decent tenant, those guys would always be on your side. Thank you The Home Agency. Jo

My partner and I have recently moved out of a flat managed by the Home Agency and only have good things to say. We found Phil and the team very professional and responsive and when we needed a minor problem sorted we always got someone that day and the problem was swiftly dealt with. We cleaned the flat before we left and received our full deposit back a few days after moving out- which was a nice surprise because we have been ripped off by other agencies before! All in all a very positive experience and I would definitely rent with the Home Agency again.

We have had a positive experience with the Home Agency during our 2 and a half year tenancy. We really liked our flat (we only moved because we were finally in a position to buy our own home) and if we ever experienced any issues at all, the Home Agency and our landlord dealt with them quickly and efficiently. Our privacy was always respected and any inspections or visits were agreed in advance (of which there were very few).

Our deposit was returned in full and in a reasonable timeframe. Phill and the Home Agency team were always very friendly and helpful whenever we were in contact with them. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Home Agency to anyone looking to rent.
