I cannot express how great L & B have been in my recent move. From the beginning of the process they have kept in touch regularly, and when my sale fell through due to buyers buyer pulling out they quickly got the buyers property sold again. So even after hiccups i was able to move into my new property as scheduled. Took my Tenant's deposit without my permission. I paid them to find the tenant only, not to manage. Then after more than 2 years later charged me for a sale to the same tenant without doing a jot of work. Worthy of Estate Agent underhand tactics. BE WARNED!
