Many thanks go to Bernie Moloney, I would not have got through this without her support and humour. Over an exceptionally long process Bernie was the one person we could rely on to find out what was actually happening and push things along. I can't thank and praise her enough. The rest of the team at Great Wyrley were always friendly and offered as much information as possible when I couldn't speak to Bernie immediately and my thanks go to them all too.

Bernadette, from Burntwood Paul Carr, has been fabulous. It has taken a long time for us to exchange due to our chain, where our buyer's side kept delaying, as they were not ready, but Bernadette was like a dog with a bone chasing and making sure it does not take much more time. She has always been there, every time I called or left a message. Thank you Bernadette.

I would like to Say a huge thank you to Carol Barns from Paul Carr Boldmere branch for going above and beyond of her duties to help us push fir completion of the sale of our house. Carol called to inform us of updates through out the process and she really did chase our buyers solicitor on a daily / weekly bases she managed to get things moving in the nick of time before our mortgage agreement expires and with the interest rates on the ruse the deal would have fell through with our buyer being in Spain made even more difficult to contact but Carol really did push and finally manged to get the deal across the line. Thank-you so much Carol 10/10 offered a fantastic service really appreciate what you done for us and now we can finally move into our new home Best of Luck Ricky

My daughter lives on her own with 2 disabled children Paul Carr is the letting agent for the property next door. The woman and family who live there have been nothing but trouble since they moved in with the children spending lockdown kicking balls up the fences for long periods. That is not the worse the woman has an alcoholic son who doesn't live. there but stays and gets drunk and aggressive the police have been called 4 times including this evening including an ambulance and he is drunk outside shouting abuse. Complaints have been made to Paul Carr letting and they say they can't do anything about it. Paul Carr lets properties to anyone on benefits it's better because council pay the rent and also the tenant told a neighbour that they had to rehouse her as her husband was disabled. Shame on you Paul Carr

After deciding to put our house in Great Wyrley up for sale the big question was who do we trust to sell it for us and it was a no brainer. Paul Carr Estate Agents and we have not been disappointed. From the moment Martin and James did the valuation we knew they were the ones for us. So friendly and easy to talk to, answering all the questions we had and showing great knowledge of the area and for the business. Julie has been at the other end of the phone for any problems we have, reassuring us, helping us and giving fantastic support when needed.
So nice to talk to as she is always upbeat in the office and especially over the phone and personally I like that and feel it has a knock on affect to me the customer. They are a very efficient team and nothing is to much of a problem for them. I would definitely recommend Paul Carr Estate Agents to sell your home.

Made several enquiries about properties over the past few weeks, did not hear back. Also made a recent enquiry, called several times, with no response. Finally got through to somebody who was very rude and sighed a few times during the conversation. Was just told to "wait as per the email"- when in fact the email states to call if not heard within 24 hours. So "as per the email"- I did JUST THAT. Some customer service refresher training is needed!
