Have found great deal with comfortable check-in process through Carson & Co and I would like to appreciate the effort has been put by Rebecca and her manager Adam. I am sure other team members also take enough care in terms of locating home for all the buyers and leters. Kudos all what you do!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Finding a buyer took a long time in the current Covid climate, but no one ever gave up. Liaison between the agent and their recommended solicitor was very smooth.

I cannot praise Gary and the team highly enough, they were professional, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble during our home sale. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Carson and co were the agents who helped with my purchase in August 2021. They always responded to my calls or called back if not in, communicated with the seller when necessary and were generally very polite and helpful. There were times when we thought it may not proceed due to a few issues but the positivity and calm reassurance from Carson and Co was always appreciated.

Sara helped us every step of the way to purchase our dream home. Sara went above and beyond, the office was always available to help in situations. When we hit some rocky times with our buyers solicitors Mel was straight on the case everyday chasing and getting the job done.

We have now settled into our new house and without Sara's and mels support on our sale it wouldn't have happened. Thank you so much. If there's one estate agent in Woking who I wouldn't use it's Manns. Mann & Co were once the most prolific agent in Woking both for sales and rentals but, thankfully (for me, not them) their stranglehold on the market has lessened over the last few years. As an estate agent they cover most of Woking and carry property from small studios right through to the 1m+ properties.

Although the Woking branch will tell you that they liaise with their satellite offices, in reality they are not that joined up an you'll need to register with each to ensure that you receive all relevant properties. Staff tend to be rather pushy and I found that they didn't really listen to what we wanted. Say you don't want a bungalow on a main road but otherwise you're flexible and, sure as eggs is eggs, they'll try to persuade you that the only property they have is a fabulous bungalow on a main road that just HAS to be seen.

This theme will continue in their mailings. The service offered by their Prestige department is very poor and I wouldn't market my property through them, knowing how we were treated as buyers.
