Great up until we had an offer accepted really friendly and on point.then nothing but radio silence and a complete lack of communication. An utterly stressful experience in which all of us in the chain had to talk to each other to get things done.

I bought a lovely 4 bedroom detached property in Camberley and I had a very good experience buying through Waterfords estate agents. The manger was very good and kept us informed of any additional information throughout the purchase and helped me with any obstacle that we had faced from end to end. The house that I purchased was listed with Waterfords and Romans.

I decided to purchase the house through Waterfords as I had a bad experience trying to purchase another property in Camberley with Romans estate agency. I found Waterfords to be very straightforward and honest throughout the whole process and very professional with dealing people who are from different ethnic minorities.

We recently had a property valuation and had a professional and friendly service. The agent had good local knowledge.b

Services offered pre contract are not those that you actually get, only promoted on 1 web portal to save money, apparently the others dont work? Why are they still in business then?. Other forms of offered promoting again not as described or not done correctly. When pointed out problems it took 3 weeks to come back to be told it's a technical issue, again I feel it's more a cost cutting exercise.

Although plenty of viewings there was no follow up and feedback from potential buyers so therefore unable to adjust marketing. People on mailing list were never even contacted as potential buyers again poor. The branch manager ( Camberley) was contacted regarding all these problem and couldn't be bothered to reply, on contacting again after no reply 2 weeks later we got the answer " I gave it to a colleague who was leaving, looks like he didn't action it " What a surprise, your the manager your responsibility! Now with another professional agent, beware all!

Matt was most definitely one of the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, Polite and always took plenty of time to ensure things were done properly. If I had a question to ask and he didn't have the answer, he obtained the answer quickly. Honestly could not recommend enough.

Very disappointing experience with Waterfords, Yateley. Left doesn't know why right is doing. They have no communication skills whatsoever. They lied about all their staff seeing our house and sent a lady who hadn't been to our house to conduct a viewing. Before signing contract Manager made out he had 42 prospective buyers, we had abut 10 in space if 2 months. Waste of our time.
