Great experience buying a flat with Castle Wildish. Julian and George were great at keeping us updated throughout, and were friendly and professional each time we spoke with them. We have bought a house via Castle Wildish and can only recommend them. We had quiet a few hurdles along the way and an issue came up just before completion.
Castle Wildish are delighted to offer this substantial four bedroom detached Home, located in a quite residential cul-de-sac only a few minutes walk to Hersham Mainline Station. The property enjoys well planned and bright accommodation with the benefit of larger than usual ground floor accommodation.
Castle Wildish are delighted to offer for sale this immaculate three-bedroom family home that has been subject to considerable improvement and extension by the current vendors. Located in a quiet avenue, the property is less than a five-minute walk to Hersham village centre and Waitrose supermarket, while Walton-on-Thames and Hersham mainline railway stations are both easily accessible.

Harassing. They keep demanding my personal details by sending me emails one after another without my reply. Update: I just received a call from a George who began by confirming my viewing for today which was arranged with a colleague of his. Shortly after, his tone changed when he picked me up on my google review regarding his demand that I answer a series of questions without my reply.
I asked if he called to argue with me and he agreed. Alarmingly, he told me I failed the vetting process and on behalf of the landlord he disqualified me because of my review. He told me my review was ridiculous, asked if I wanted to speak to his manager and generally failed in his task to persuade me to remove my review. He was unwilling to see my point of view and to acknowledge me until I provided more detail such as the times he sent the emails. Having done so three times, he then accepted he didn't realise he sent me three of the verbatim copied email with a series of questions (which he later told me was the standard vetting process).
He further made out I was in the wrong my telling me that his colleague had gone through these questions with me in order to arrange the viewing. I then explained that actually he did not - perhaps he ought to communicate better with his colleagues before blaming what I referred to as 'customers'. He continued in his general embitterment in this regard by telling me I'm not a customer, suggesting that until I am one he'll treat me disrespectfully. George did however accept that he made a mistake as he did not realise he sent me two consecutive messages without my reply due to the routine way in which he responds to enquiries via rightmove i.e. without noting who had made it, and that he may have learned something when I suggested that all he had to do was speak practically in terms of what was mandatory in order to proceed with a viewing without personal embitterment.
It's not a legal obligation and each other time I arrange a viewing I've been able to do so without registering or going through so many questions before I've even been shown the property.

I have been renting from Castle Wildish for almost 4 years now. At the very beginning they were brilliant at finding me a suitable property. I actually went to view another property which was not really suitable and the agent told me that they had something else which may be more suitable. I viewed it and it was! Once I moved in they did everything they said they would and all safety checks are carried out.
Any problem I have had has been sorted then and there or pretty much so ( granted, I have had very few problems). They leave me be but are always there when I need them. They are far and away better than any other estate agency/ landlord that I have rented from. I thoroughly recommend them for renting. I cannot say what they are like to deal with if you are a seller or landlord or buyer as I have never been in that position and I will never give a false review. In my experience as a renter, these guys are the very best Thank you Castle Wildish

Castle Wildish have recently sold my commercial property. The staff were extremely professional and on point throughout the entire process; from preparing an excellent property specification with photographs, through to viewings and negotiations and updating solicitors. If you want a reliable and highly professional agency that really knows the Walton Hersham market then I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I would not recommend using this company, poor communication throughout living in the rented property, it took over 10 days to have maggots cleared which was located in our communal flat entrance. obscene charges for cleaning required when moving out, although the property was left in a very clean state, 25 days and counting since i have moved out and overpaid rent has not been refunded.

As a property landlord I have rented and purchased property through Castle Wildish for in excess of twenty years. At a time when there are new letting agents popping up everywhere in a competitive market it is important to have an experienced letting team with good local knowledge and experienced in all property matters. I have found Castle Wildish offer sensible advice, guidance and professionalism truly invaluable for both tennant and landlord.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to rent a property through these guys. They took 4 months to attend to the damp issue in our bathroom and at the interim inspection didn't follow through any of the things that needed fixing then had the cheek to put up the rent for a 2nd year! On leaving the property they completely disregarded the independent inventory check charging us 120 for something that was not damaged.
Despite disputing it they said that the landlord required the money and in order to close the matter quickly we had better pay now before they got quotes for the work. This is blackmail and theft!
