During the buying and selling of our property we dealt with many people. Solicitors, Sale's reps, Financial Advisors etc etc. Throughout this process James of Centurion Braintree was the most professional and most helpful of all of them. Thank you James.

This is a first class estate agent. We worked with James Overall, who sold us a house in Braintree in September 2017. It was a complex sale, and took a lot of time, . James was fabulously professional and helpful colleague to deal with. In my experience of the property world, James has been the most impressive individual I have worked with. He was constantly in touch with us during the year in which we were looking for the right property.

He understood what we were looking for, because he listened to us. He never suggested that we look at something that did not fit our specification (other agents did I am afraid). But crucially, when it came to 'doing the deal', he handled it with quite extraordinary skill. It was not at all straightforward and so he and I had dozens of phone calls and email exchanges.

He always did what he said he would do, and without fail rang back exactly when he said he would. I am not in the habit of writing reviews like this, but I am doing it in this case because I was incredibly impressed with the service we got from Centurion in Braintree, and from James in particular. We could not have had better support and service from an estate agent, and I would honestly recommend anyone looking for a good agent to work with James and Centurion

I have been a tenant for a number of years (different properties). Lee and James are always very helpful if I have ever had any queries. Centurion worked very hard on our last house and thanks to Lee, James and our landlord, we managed to get the keys to our new place within a matter of days.

My partner and I lived in Braintree for 3 years up until May this year. For a majority of that time, we lived in a one-bedroom ground floor apartment which we found through another letting agent (Boydens), who we were not satisfied with as a letting agent. Fortunately, during our tenancy, the property was transferred over to Centurion. Centurion were a breath of fresh air compared to Boydens.

Due to a fault in the apartment above ours, our flat was temporarily flooded. Centurion were able to take action on this in a timely manner, were always friendly and professional, and we felt that they were keeping on-top of our issue. James and Lee were great and responded to any communication we had with them immediately. Due to a change in personal circumstances, my partner and I had to relocate and couldn't use Centurion again. However, we would both strongly recommend anyone who's moving to Braintree to use these guys.

Had the pleasure of receiving professional services from Centurion for many years and I can't recommend them highly enough. In particular, the property management services are top notch. As an overseas landlord, I can completely leave my affairs in the hands of James Overall. Regarding property sales, they simply can't do enough to keep you informed every step of the way. I have never had any problems with getting someone on the phone or responding to my emails. A very professional agency!

I don't often write reviews but felt that I should this time. The staff at centurion were extremely helpful and provided an affordable and friendly service when we sold our house. They really couldn't do enough for us. I Would definitely recommend them over others we have used in the area. Thank you centurion for making our house move that little bit easier.

Lee and James are the most helpful agents that you can find. They should franchise the method. With a vast wealth of knowledge they will provide pragmatic, quick and useful responses 10 out of10 times that you approach to them. In nearly 5 years that I have been working with them never let me down. They are honest, reliable and ready to manage any situation with professionalism and kindness. I would not doubt in recommend them to anyone who is looking for trustworthy estate agents.

I have known Lee since he started at Centurion as a Work experience student whilst still at school [which means quite a long time or at least 10 years, lol!] and through all of the many problems I have had during the years he has always done all he could to help get me through those problems. In recent years I have also had many dealings with James and I can honestly say that he also has done all he can to help. Long may they continue to keep going!

We have sold though Centurion 3 times over the last 20 years. Every time we have felt we have been given good, honest, solid advice. Not only on achievable price but also marketing strategy, potential buyers and possible timescales. The last house in Rayne achieved full asking price from the recommendation of James to go with an open house (which he handled for us).

Both James and Lee have always given it to us from the 'hip' which has meant that we can use the honest advice to help us with our purchasing from say less honest or reliable agents in the town! We have also found that James and Lee are so in tune with the local conveyencers too, which takes so much of the stress out of the crucial 'getting it over the line' to exchange. If you want the most experienced Estate Agents in the area then they are the best.

Lee and James have always been extremely helpful and approachable. We've now rented two homes with them and each time has been no trouble. It's been a smooth transition and an easy journey and we'd certaily do it again. I can definitely recommend Centurion.
