Like I previously said, best agency in Bristol hands down, no stress, very easy to build rapport with and unlike the rest of the agency's in Bristol they have your best interest at heart. Always honest and straight forward with me. Big shout out to Emma for helping in finding a house.

Getting the keys on Monday after a couple of weeks dealing with Debra at C&M. Everything was handled efficiently with as little hassle as can be expected from the document whirlwind that is 'moving home'. Have dealt with lots of letting agents in my life and there are some I will never use again. Chappell and Matthews however, has been brilliant.

The efficiency and dedication from Debra Barton from start to finish has been outstanding! We actually found it baffling how easy she made the whole process, we had been looking for quite some time for a new home and it seemed so difficult. Debs was there every step to answer any question, help us out and get us all sorted to get the key a short week after enquiry! Cannot recommend her enough, so polite, friendly and genuine. Actually cares about her job and about finding people somewhere to live.

Debra was incredible in helping us get everything sorted out to book our apartment for one year. We are an international couple moving from the US to the UK which involves lots of logistics and paperwork and she worked with us every step of the way to help us figure everything out. She is kind, patient and knows the business extremely well. Highly recommend working with her!

I'm giving a 5 star review very specifically to Dan Smith who did a lettings check on the flat I've been renting for a while. My landlord has been brilliant throughout my time in my place (and I really hope that will continue!;) ) and I was nervous there would be a big change coming! Dan was very personable, highly professional and honest which completely put my mind at rest!

He was also genuinely interested in my situation, and very proactive in following up any of my suggestions. A real credit to C&M and a very big thanks to Dan (as well as an ongoing sincere thanks to my landlord and family!)

Chappell & Matthews helped me not only find my perfect property as a tenant in no less than 3 days and negotiated with the landlords to get me an offer the same day in a market that has taken me over 3 months to find a suitable apartment, but Debra was instrumental in making those stars align so perfectly! She has made this entire experience utterly superb, and in dealings with her colleagues, everybody at the business is so polite and professional to work with! If you're looking for a new place to call home, I would recommend whole heartedly that you check these estate agents out - no other in Bristol can beat them!

I rang many estate agents in Bristol and was met with unsympathetic responses to my needs as I lived 3 hours away from Bristol and viewings & proceedings where not straight forward for me. However I was fortunate enough to call Chappell & Mathews and be received by the senior rentals agent Debra Barton who has a brilliant professional and friendly can do approach which was a huge relief. Deb's has surrounded herself with a team of the same attitude and dealing with Dan Smith and Ben Gregory is always a delight & my needs always get met.

Debra, Chloe and Dan at Chappell and Matthews in Whiteladies Road have been great, advising us as my wife and I went through the process of renting out our flat. Their personal touch was important for us, as well as the professionalism with which they marketed the property, arranged viewings, handled regulatory issues, and arranged repairs. Highly recommended if you are a landlord who requires full management of a let.

From the viewing of our new flat and the after application process, Debra has been super helpful and quick with sorting everything out. Whenever I have rang and asked for information or help both Debs and Dan have been super quick to respond and assist in anyway they can!

Chappel and Matthews have by far been the best letting agent I have ever dealt with. We took our new home on the video which can be anxiety inducing but Debs (Debra Barton) alleviated our stress massively. You can tell she takes so much pride in what she does and made the document signing process an absolute breeze. We are very excited to move into our new home, thank you so much Debs!

Although we still have a few issues to resolve with the property. We would like to thank Debra for her help finding the property, and for being great with the initial viewing of the flat. She was attentive and friendly. We requested to go back to take measurements for our furniture before the key collection date and Debra was happy to accommodate this and met us at the flat in her spare 20 minutes. We were very grateful for that. She was easy to reach and was very helpful. Thank you Debra!

The process of consulting C&M about house renting was a very pleasant experience. Senior Lettings Negotiator Debra Barton is very responsible, even if I am abroad, she communicates with me carefully about rent details, keeps in touch with me, and calculates time differences carefully. She's a very professional negotiator, and the whole consultation process went smoothly because of her.

A Masterclass In Customer Service. Julie Dondoua recently helped us purchase a flat for a family member in Bristol and quite simply it was a masterclass in customer service. Our experience with Julie has been simply outstanding, she made us feel very at ease and nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond assisting us at every stage, she is responsive and above all very professional, giving us confidence and peace of mind throughout the whole process.

In all honesty, this is the best encounter I have ever experienced with an estate agent, we just hope that Chappell and Matthews recognise what an asset she is. Julie, thank you so much for all your help.

Debra Barton helped me and my partner find the perfect apartment in Bristol. In times where demand is so high you only have time to rely on a video before putting your offer in, she's been wonderful throughout the process. She's easy to reach and we're delighted that the place is even better than the video showed. I definitely recommend her and trust the quality of her properties.

Emma Ward was great all the time. Very efficient and always fast to respond all our questions. She kept us informed regarding all the details about the property and how to get the lease contract signed, explaining all the details since the beginning until we moved in. She found a wonderful apartment to us with everything we were looking for and provided several recommendations.

I'd been looking for a new place for weeks, had no luck and was very bored. Debra started looking for places for me, she was extremely helpful, found good places. But most important brought some really good energy to the process and made me laugh. Much needed after 100 phone calls with estate agents who sounded like they just wanted to go home!
