Our mission has and always will be, to provide the best possible service to purchasers and sellers of properties in our areas. Our first Office at Lingfield soon grew and in 1976 we opened a branch at Bletchingley which is a picturesque village on the A25. Here we attract numerous enquiries from buyers moving from the suburbs.

I am using their letting service which has proven to be smooth and the best priced agency in the area, I think. There's no getting away from the fees of agencies when you need to find a new place to live, but Howard Cundy not only offer good pricing, but also good service. So in terms of feeling safe with who you are dealing with in the uncertainties of property letting, I feel in good hands.
