You will never get something reasonable from DBK, try other agents in area for cheep rent

Worst costumer service provided by Gurlal Randhawa.( inspite of submitting the deposit and documents, Gurlal always threatened to look for the alternative property rather than completing the deal in Hand.) Gurlal is very unprofessional and Rude. No one accompanied while viewing the property. Had intention of keeping my deposit by stressing on incomplete paperwork. Didn't validate the documents provided by chartered Account. Waste of Time. Save yourself from the Scam of Gurlal Randhawa and this DBK estate agent Team.

Honestly If I could give 0 then I would. Absolutely awful bunch of people who literally have nothing but their own interest at heart. Both this and Shaw & Co in Heston are by far the two worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the hassle and stay away and go elsewhere.

The house I got at a fairly high rent for it's condition, was handed over with a dirty kitchen and an unclean and unusable oven. The radiator wasn't working and neither were any electrical appliances on day one. Had to spend a whole night in the cold house. Even now I am struggling to contact the agent for other details and the guys just don't respond. Very unprofessional and not something expected after agreeing such high rent.

Worst service ever. Offer made some time ago but they play the long game and dont even contact back. Just straight up say that u don't want to accept any offer. Rubbish company. Not trustworthy at all

Sadly I have to admit that I am truly disappointed of the service of your agency. Last Saturday I had a viewing of the flat on Burket Close Street at 18.15 and I made an offer straight away sending an email to the agent named Gurlal who arranged the viewing. Afterwards I also left a voice message on agency number to make sure the property will be secured for me once the office will be open on Monday.

Today at 14.00 I called the office to find out why no one got back to me then I found that someone has taken already the flat paying the deposit. This is ridiculous that my request was ignored and nobody got back to me after the viewing once I left two messages and I contacted agency asap after the viewing both ways possible at that moment. I never experienced such a bad and unprofessional service from any agency.

My question is what's the point to arrange the viewings when the agency is closed if afterwards you DO NOT FOLLOW UP straight away the potencial interested tenants who got it touch to you as you asked for? No respect for people's time and completely unserious services. Wyslane z iPhone'a

DBK Estate Agents are really great compare to anyone in UK market to find properties for your needs. They are very accomodative with wide range of properties that enables you to make the best choice. In my instance, they helped me finding the property near my office at very genuine price (I can say lower than market rates by 12%) and that too in no time. Couldn't ask for more, gret support from highly professional DBK team. Highly recommend!

I run a well know construction business in the local vicinity and have had property dealings with DBK for over 10 years now! I have purchased and sold properties through them, as well as having properties on rent with them too. I have never ever had to chase them for anything! If I want something or need anything done, I call Jaz and it's done instantly!

He and his team are extremely responsive and make things happen! They treat their clients with the upmost amount of respect regardless of how small or big the transaction is! Sold our flat in Heston. Both Jazz and Gurveer were great. Marketing process was seamless. Sale had a few hiccups along the way but they dealt with them promptly and efficiently.
