Kathy Worley from Alpha Dimension has help me buy and sell 3 to 4 properties through the years. She has always worked hard for me and has done a very good job. I would not use any other realtor. I would greatly recommend her if you are looking for a good realtor.

Absolutely a lifesaver in this entire process. I'm so extremely grateful that I had Kathleen's help in all of this. She genuinely cares about helping you and that is a rare commodity these days. Would 110% only do business with her again.

Not a bad thing to say about Alpha Dimension properties they are professional, very nice, understanding and have done everything in their power to help my family and I threw all of the Covid and other problems we have had. As someone who works in the RE industry and works with property management companies on a regular basis, I cannot stress enough how phenomenal our experience was with Alpha Dimension. We were initially worried that going from large apartment communities with on-site, dedicated management to a "private" rental, we would lose a form of that service we were used to but Alpha far surpassed our expectations. Kathy and Bret were punctual, honest, and professional throughout our 2 years leasing from AD.

Even in COVID, an unbelievably trying time for the RE industry and PM companies in particular, Kathy handled the situation with dedication and constant communication. Thank you Bret for all your help when we needed service at our home and thank you Kathy for treating us so well over the past few years!

We moved into our rental over a year ago and recently extended our lease for another year. Both Cassie and Kathy have always responded quickly to our questions and have addressed any maintenance issues promptly. One example is the microwave quit working and the heating element in the electric stove was going out. We contacted Cassie. She gave us permission to shop for a brand new stove and matching over the range microwave.

Once we found new replacements Cassie arranged to have us purchase them, delivered to the rental, and installed. Cassie and Kathy allow us our privacy and only contact us when we needed. We love living here and are enjoying the rental.

Alpha Dimension is a great asset for our rental property, from the moment I started using their services I was able to relax knowing that they are taking care of all aspects of my rental home. Cathy and Mark were able to assist me in getting some repairs done by recommending reliable and affordable contractors. They were able to get tenants into my rental in a short period of time and I with Alpha dimentiosns I no longer have to worry about the legal aspects of renting. I definitely recommend them.

For the sake of your personal and financial well-being avoid leasing from these crooks at all costs. Kathleen may seem pleasant enough at first, just long enough to convince you to sign a lease, but that's where the pleasantries end. I rented from Kathleen from two years, and in those two years Kathleen stopped at nothing to wring myself and housemates for everything we were worth.

In fact, I have met few people in my life as meddling, treacherous and deceitful as Kathleen. Outlined here are some incidents: -In accordance with the lease, property management must provide notice prior to entering property. Kathleen ignores this. She will invade your privacy without warning and come and go as she pleases. While she mostly snooped around outside the house every time, I do not doubt she would have entered the house had no one been home. -Our lease explicitly included the driveway on our property.which makes sense since we were renting the property. Kathleen threatened to tow our vehicles at a moment's notice.

This was the only threat we sucessfully called her bluff on, and after more pathetic attempts at intimidation she gave up. -Without warning, Kathleen presented us with a mid-lease addendum after she realized her behavior had been in violation of the current lease. She was unbelievably forceful and threatening with this, demanding we sign it in a matter of hours or face legal prosecution.

This was pretty terrifying, and we were unfortunately strong-armed into meeting her egregious demands. In hindsight, these are fairly petty issues. But in the moment, with threats of eviction and other legal prosecution being thrown around, they did not feel petty at all. If you ignore this and choose to lease from Kathleen, this is what you can expect: -A lease which leaves you open to all kinds personal liability -A fairly continuous barrage of threats of legal prosecution or eviction -Court proceedings.

A multitude of her current tenants are engaged in court action with her at this time Kathleen manages her properties with threats and lies. Whatever you do, do not sign a lease with Alpha Dimension Properties. If you are considering hiring Alpha to manage your properties know this: Kathleen will lie to you just the same as she lies to renters. She will exploit your tenants.

She will take shortcuts whenever possible regarding maintenance and repairs. And finally, she will undoubtedly leave you open to legal prosecution if she ever threatens a tenant who finally has the means to actually call her bluff. What a nightmare.

Cassie was beyond rude. She was short on the phone and didn't show up to the open house scheduled for us. After the owner of the house greated us, we were informed that the house was rented. After Cassie ignored our calls she answered the owners call, to tell them that she sent us a "message" canceling the open house. This was a lie, no one in our group received a text, voicemail or inbox from her.

Even after her conversation with the owner she continued to ignore our calls and still has not made contact. I would not recommend her services to anyone! I would worry about buying a home from a place where the employees treat customers like this.
