Mike Dobson were the estate agents for the property I was buying. Although I didnt hire them, they were far more helpful than my solicitors and estate agents combined. Andrea in particular was tireless in chasing down answers to enquiries and keeping me updated with how things were progressing. She made a painful house move far more bearable.

I am writing this review in order to commend the services of Karen Conboy in the Garforth office. I was dealing with Karen in connection with the purchase of a property through Mike Dobson, Garforth. Throughout the process, Karen acted professionally and yet with great sympathy and understanding. Karen was very helpful throughout and always prompt in responding to my various queries and questions. Though the purchase was ultimately unsuccessful, I would like to commend Mike Dobson estate agency and, in particular, Karen Conboy.

LANDLORDS BEWARE We've been trying and make an appointment to view the property at Bula Close over the least 3 weeks to no avail. Today they reduced that property by more then 5%. We managed to rent elsewhere with no problems.

We are potential buyers in Leeds and everytime we try and make an appointment to view one of MDobsons marketed properties we are told there is a long waiting list for accompanied viewings we live a long way away and have to arrange travel this is ridiculous. sellers beware or do your own viewings as you are losing potential sales by missing out on viewings and you won't be getting told about the viewings either.

Get someone to ring and try to arrange a viewing on your property on a regular basis to test the water or you will lose sales. MD get more staff to do accompanied viewings or risk losing clients

As a buyer this was the most shambolic estate agent I have ever come across. First contact was painful. They became completely confused as to which day I wanted to view and were fully booked. After going through it a further twice and asking them to re-check the date I was finally offered any time I wanted. The viewing was booked on Tuesday for Friday.

The house sold SSC on Wednesday. I phoned again on Thursday to confirm the viewing and was encouraged to continue with the appointment. After waiting outside the house 15 minutes past the appointment I phoned the office to find out where the agent was. I was informed that I had cancelled the appointment yesterday. I was then informed that they had tried to phone me, couldn't get through and left a text message. i wouldn't have minded too much but I had travelled 3.5 hours from LONDON! Be very wary if you are thinking of selling your house through these muppets!
