Recently sold my property with Ben Wilson at Breadings. From start to finish the process was seamless and handled with complete professionalism. Ben made sure everything was done with minimal stress and took care of every little detail. I cannot recommend Breadings and specifically Ben enough if you are thinking of listing your property.

I have used this company for several tenanted properties for about 10 years now, and recently consolidated all my properties with Breadings. They give a reliable informative and value for money service at whatever level required. Their tradesmen undertake any repairs promptly and economically, or alternatively Breadings permit me to do simple bits of DIY. A very reliable business.

Even in times of high stress, Duncan diffused the situation and always had a 'plan b'. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would happily use them in the future.

I have been trying to view a property that's been on the market for what seems to be close to a year, on 3 occasions I have been told it's gone or being negotiated on and on the fourth occasion I complained about the previous 3 as I haven't had a call back when negotiations have broken down, and the abrupt response was "I told you You I'd call you back didn't I" I'm not one for leaving reviews but I worked in the motor industry for 20 yrs before moving into the resturant business and I know how precious every enquiry is to a business but on this occasion it seems to just be another dead lead for these guys. If you are the current landlord of saddlers steak house I hope you manage to lease it.
