An extremely unprofessional, disorganised and corrupt estate agents. If Google had the ability to rate this business with no stars I would happily apply. Deals always seem to be done before a house is marketed, especially when they are vacant or going through probate. Misleading potential buyers and wasting time is just one of the many behaviours running through this business. All that are reading please exercise caution when dealing with Quealy and Co.

Another successful let arranged by Emma & Jack and the team, as always they found an excellent professional tenant for my property with no fuss from the start to the move in day. I have used their services many times over the last 2- 3 years and they have found many tenants for me. This company seems to promise everything and when it comes to actually delivering their promises when there is problems they are not professional at all. Blaming the tenants for the problem without offering any solutions to fixing and amending the property and the relationship with the tenant. Avoid and make sure you check everywhere especially damp walls and mould. Easy to cover up with a fresh lick of paint!

Five stars for Dee and Quealy & Co I was very impressed with the level of service received, in particular Dee Quealy who is a consumate professional and has in depth knowledge of the local market. I know this area well, having owned a property in the Sittingbourne area since 1999 and had previously used other "national" agents to sell our property but to no avail. Dee even handled quite a few of the viewings personally. Very happy with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend Quealy & Co.

Couldn't even get basic layout of my flat right. Couldn't understand the basics of leasehold. Couldn't undertake a household energy survey properly (in house). And lied blatantly and insulantly lied throughout. Complete waste of 2,000 on my eyes. I could have done it better myself. I don't like automation etc and the way everything is going and will cue up for a long time at checkouts to avoid serving myself but I'll welcome estate agents on the dole after this experience.
