In 1985 Keith became a partner as the business went from strength to strength and Duffy & Company became a force to be reckoned with within Mid Sussex. In 1991 Keith took over as sole owner of the Burgess Hill branch of Duffy & Company that he managed and built up since its opening. Adrian Kirbyshire joined the team in 2006 and took over the business from Keith in 2020.

Adrian brings vast knowledge of the local area and property prices using his experience to ensure smooth transactions occur for all our clients.

Adrian has in lived Burgess Hill all of his life and loves spending time with his family and has a keen interest in most sports. He brings with him vast sales experience, his polite and calm persona fits the industry incredibly well. Vernon likes spending time with his family and has a love of sports.
