What can I say about Duncan Yeardley, just awesome from start to finish. The property was put on the market on a Thursday, a weekend of appointments were arranged with three asking price offers on the Monday. From there Gina took over and progressed the sale. Absolutely Amazing! I cannot recommend Duncan Yeardley enough. I am just in the process of buying my first flat and on the last stages now. If buying a property wasn't challenging and stressful enough, being a first time buyer is even more challenging but Gina has been absolutely amazing and the whole team from Duncan. I have had some hold backs with my solicitor and they have helped me from day one and nothing is too much trouble for them and also it was no trouble booking re-visits to the flat to show to my family and also for measurements. I don't often write a review but this deserves to be noted. Jessica Schofield from Duncan Yeardley has done an absolutely sterling job with assisting our little family in finding an amazing property. At very short notice we required urgent accommodation and Jessica went way and beyond her call of duty to assist us. Jessica was happy to take time out after her working hours to help us and she ensured that the process moved forward very swiftly and smoothly.
