Critical: Professionalism, Quality Very rude and unpleasant estate agent, argumentative and constantly interrupts. Definitely not acting in the interest of the seller do not hire them.

Being the young entrepreneur that I am, I wanted to find myself my first home in the Bracknell area and was referred to Keith Gibbs to be the best estate agent in my area. They provided me with lots of different properties that would be right for my wants and needs. Ben offered excellent customer service and I am very pleased with his efforts to provide me with the up most respect and common courtesy.

Young couple looking for our own place to live and was hoping to move into the Binfield area. Did not cost an astronomical amount in admin fees etc. Which is where other estate agents take down right liberties! Really helped with the references due to being self employed and was always an honest and fair company to deal with. Will be using again in the future.

I have just experienced the most rudest telephone conversation. I called the estate agents to ask for information on there renting requirements. As I am in the process of relocating back to Bracknell. Unfortunately the Genteman on the other end of the phone was no help as all and said he could not help me as I'm not working in Bracknell!. I tried to explain that I am working but in Essex where I live at the moment.

I'm looking for work and a property so I can move back to Bracknell, and that I am only calling for there criteria. I can't believe how rude this man was. I have phone a few already and they were more then happy to go through everything with me. As rent is different in other areas. I hope other people get a better response then I did. This is one estate agent I will not be contacting again!

A very rude and unprofessional letting agent! This man in lettings knows how to play games massively! And this was after we put our holding fee down. I was basically shouted at down the telephone and told to hurry up and get my finger out! We only wanted to negotiate with this man on moving in dates! But found him forceful and verbally abusive! I will will be staying clear in future.

Professional and honest. A small independent agent that knows the area better than anyone.
