Simply unbeatable service from Ram Bekir. I sought guidance from Ram re insurance of a block of four maisonettes versus insuring the maisonettes individually. I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc. Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

I've moved home many times and each time there has always been some sort of problem or issue along the way. When I came across my new place, Strettons were incredibly helpful and worked to my (very short) deadline to move. The team were friendly, responsive and explained things without being patronising. They made the move really easy to manage and it's a really lovely place. Since moving in, there's been a couple of small issues which were dealt with incredibly quickly and it's really easy to get hold of their team.

Me and my partner recently rented through Strettons and it was a stressfree process from start to finish. Having dealt with a fair few agents over the years, Michael really does stand out as an honest and trustworthy individual. He is a true professional.

If I could give zero, I would with no hesitation. Currently renting one of their flats in Haringey, Strettons are beyond imagination. We got in and the flat was basically falling apart with wholes on the kitchen floor, rotting skirting and yellow stains on the walls. Unbelievable. They are extremely disrespectful, they have been ignoring our simple requests since day 1.

I had to escalate to the Council to have the bloody front door fixed after 7 embarrassing months paying rent. Please, from the bottom of my heart, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AND SAVE YOURSELVES FROM HUMILIATION AND FRUSTRATION. Strettons should be ashamed of themselves.

Wish I could give this estate agent 0 stars. Awful service from the agents themselves, never respond to emails or calls. The rep at the branch hung up on me twice and tried to claim the call dropped. I had to live with rats for over 6 months because they were to lazy to rectify the situation. Took them 3 weeks to return my deposit even though I left the property in a good condition. STAY CLEAR OF USING THIS ESTATE AGENTS
