Very poor management of rookwood court, as my daughters mother rents a flat in rookwood court the flat above had a water leak and flooded her flat downstairs they not once came, the walls are mouldy. The carpet stinks, the boiler was playing up and just to come and aoelrt out they charged 108. You can't pass the buck here as you are the managing agents.

Very disappointed at how you trat a single mother trying to get by. Just because she don't speak up. Typical rather than acknowledge the problem exists pass it on to by using another company and ask to remove the review. Which isn't gonna happen. You have to deal with it I can see on other posts you have done exactly the same thing, by asking people remove the reviews. Why not deal with it as there is no need to lie to your customers, you are the same company,

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value How can this company justify charging 258 for a sellers pack relating to a garage sale? This is the same charge for a sellers pack for a flat which is ridiculous. The directors who engage these rip off companies need to have a word and put a stop to these practices immediately.

Rude attitude and poor service! Rented a flat from them which they claimed had been professionally cleaned prior to us moving in, only for us to discover dirty carpets, greasy hob/oven, dusty surfaces, rubbish left in wardrobe. When it came to returning the property in a similar condition, they had the cheek to deduct a few hundred pounds for cleaning!

I went to their office to query the charge and was met with a rude and condescending attitude from their staff, as if to say how dare I question them! Considering the fees they charged us (this was before the tenant fee ban), I was disgusted at the way we were treated.
