Hannah was absolutely incredible from start to finish, she sold our house within days and kept us updated at every stage. She was able to push for a completion date within 4 weeks of the house selling. She was honest throughout and made the very stressful task of selling a house enjoyable. We genuinely couldn't of done it without her. 1000% recommend.

The least professional estate agent I've experienced, and that says a lot! They told my partner and I two different times for a house viewing which, due to this, we subsequently missed. No attempt to contact us to see if we were running late and no confirmation email or text was sent beforehand either, meaning it was our word against theirs. Then, upon phoning to complain, the woman my partner spoke to was rude and unapologetic. I would recommend not working with these, there are plenty of actually decent estate agents in Derbyshire that deserve your money more.

Instructed fidler taylor to sell my house after using another local agent in the past. No complaints they were professional and knowledgeable throughout on what turned out to be not the most straight forward house sale due to legal complications. Always had useful suggestions and solutions to any bumps in the road.

When moving out of the rented property I was told by fidler Taylor that they would sort out my bills and inform everyone that I was moving out, a year later I am being chased by SSE for money as they were not informed of my move. When queried with fidler Taylor I was told that yes cancelling bills is something that they do, only for that statement to be very quickly retracted when they learnt of the debt.
When I left they continued to take rent from me (I know I'm stupid and maybe I should've known this had to be cancelled on my end, but with this being my first property I didn't) fidler Taylor sent a letter to me to inform that it had to be cancelled from my end, they sent this to the address I rented with them about a week after I had already moved out & then charged 50 for me to get my money back. Takes them weeks to even report repairs. Accountant in the matlock branch is extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall if your looking for dishonest service which will have you paying out fidler Taylor's are your guys.

I owned two properties and Fidler Taylor always handled the choosing and settling in of tenants, over 20 years, this process always went smoothly. We bought our present house through Fidler Taylor, and the purchase went though well. Eventually I sold the two rental properties, and used this estate agent. Absolutely no problems, and thoughtful, courteous help anytime I needed it. Hence 5 stars
