We have just sold one of our properties with Green and May and would highly recommend them. We have used many different estate agents in the past and have found Green and May to be the best around. They sold our renovated property within 1 day of it being on the market and for the asking price! From to start to finish they were very informative, efficient and kept us constantly updated with regular courtesy calls, nothing was too much trouble. Sam showed us round a bungalow that we loved during the covid pandemic. He was polite and courteous and made sure he opened all the doors and wore a face mask at all times. We went ahead and bought the bungalow and were kept advised by green and may at all stages of the purchase with a phone call from Sam this afternoon advising us that the keys were ready for collection. Fabulous service from all involved.
