We purchased a property from Flaggs and my mum and I found them very professional and extremely helpful. Lindsay was always available to answer any questions either at the office or on his mobile and he even took my call on his day off. Kelly, the receptionist was always very helpful and friendly when I called the office. Lindsay had a good relationship with the vendors and their solicitors and assisted us with obtaining a quick sale.

Ian was a star in our process, he did everything he could to make it easy and smooth, sorted out much more than what he was responsible for, without him we would not done the buy so quickly! We were so lucky to have him! We will not go to any other agent in the future when we want to sell!

What can I say about Flaggs, we initially brought our flat from them, they then helped us sell it and buy our new home. We'd definitely use them again, I can't recommend them highly enough! It's fair to say moving is one of the most stressful things you can do but, Flaggs work so hard to keep you informed, staying positive even if things are dragging and are more than happy to do what they can to help.

After shopping around to find a professional and highly recommended estate agent, I came across Flaggs. From my first initial valuation with Ian to then further selling my rental property. We've known Lindsay for over a decade. He's been a key part of the Apsley community for us holding stalls at the fairs etc. On top of this we usually get a yearly call to say hi.
