I bought a property which was being sold by Frost & Partners. Although I was not their direct client (paying their bill), I was pleasantly surprised by their performance. They were dealing with an entirely useless estate agents above them in the chain. The agents above them failed to do any of the basics towards completion of our chain. Against all these challenges, they managed to organise and keep informed all other agents in the chain, and finally complete on a very challenging chain.
