We recently sold our property with hair and son and have been very happy with the service received. From valuation to completion the sales team were great. Would definitely recommend.

Ben Zammit and Olivia Dedman were so incredibly helpful! Both very responsive and happy to answer any and all questions I had. The whole process of moving in was easy and they kept me updated the entire time. It was also superb that upon moving in, there was something that needed to be done and they quickly sorted that for me too! I had a call the next day and someone was round to fix it.

Both really lovely people and it is one of the best moving in experiences I have had. Thank you so much both and I would really recommend anyone using them. As it is just me, it was reassuring to have so much support.

My daughter and I viewed a property to rent in Southend and were met by Ben Zammit, an estate agent for Hair and Son, who showed us around the property. He was totally professional, polite, patient and his outstanding customer service skills were impressive. We had a bad experience with another estate agents so were not only happy with his service but on visiting the estate agent on the London Road, in Southend, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the whole teams approachable, friendly high level of customer service.

IMPERIAL AVENUE 45B.I applied for a property and provided details as requested which included the fact that I am medically retired due to injuries from work and am on disability benefits, I have a home owner guarantor earning 49k a year. I was told the flat was let. A friend rang up and booked a viewing a few days after for this same property and took me along.

The man showing the property was Ben who was the person who sent me the email saying it was let. He looked quite agitated when he saw me and avoided talking and looking towards me and to me. I was given a guarantors form to fill out and send bk. Once this was done I was called within 3 hours to say the landlord had DECLINED my application. Again another friend has called the following day only to be given an appointment to view the property that is supposed to have been let.

Not only have they discriminated against my disabilities but also the colour of my skin. I am disgusted how I have been treated and will be speaking to Citizens advice bureau regarding a formal complaint against hair and son for discrimination!

Just like to say a huge thank you to Clare Harris at Hair and Son for helping us to find our new home. Such a professional service with a personable approach. Clare made everything easy and helped to convince us that we were "grown up enough" to make our offer. I experienced horrible customer service with this company as a paying and polite tenant. They were rude and unhelpful when the landlord stopped communicating with me. I finally had to leave and even when I urgently needed a reference to get a new flat, they flatly repeated that it takes a week to process over and over again. EDIT: Paddy Holiday is a pseudonym, I hope you eventually take these terrible review scores seriously for the sake of your customers.

Fantastic professional service from Hair and Son. Really appreciated the honest and personable staff that helped to sell my house in Leigh on sea. Paul Dobbs, Emily Read, Hayley Coombes, Clare Harris and Daryl Garner were exceptional, would use again and recommend. Carl, Shelley and Jonathan in particular are always professional, polite and always go the extra mile in order to assist in any way that they can. I have rented a flat for the past 10yrs and I have to say that I have always found Hairs to be efficient, helpful and the staff friendly with whatever I have ever had to be in touch with them for. Repairs are dealt with quickly and resolved in the shortest time possible. Mr Robin Lintern, the Residential Property Manager who visits twice yearly is very helpful in all matters and if it is in his power always strives to sort the problem etc., out.

He and the other staff in my opinion deserve thanks in all they do. I certainly recommend Hairs and I personally would not hesitate in letting anyone interested in wanting the services of an estate agent etc, to visit Hairs. I don't think you will be disappointed in their services. >
