Prior to moving to the prominent Leigh Broadway office opposite the Grand Hotel, Coulson James had established themselves in the Leigh area back in 2003. As a family run business, Scott & Michael Coulson developed a Residential Sales department. During this time, the demand was ever growing for the need of a lettings / property management department and this was created a year later. Since then, and through our own diligence we have continued to conduct successful business during some of the toughest economic times.

Exceedingly impressed with all my dealings with Coulson James' estate agents to date although it is still early days in the purchase process. The service they offer is friendly, professional, personal and refreshingly efficient. Ross has gone to a lot of trouble to help find the right property for my mother, mindful of the fact that she has been gazumped on several occasions previously whilst using another agent.
My dealings with other team members have been equally positive - Mel and in the past when considering putting our own house on the market, Roy. I would not hesitate to recommend using them as agents and will be sure to do that if we eventually do decide to relocate ourselves.

When we decided to choose an Agent (a friend recommended) but sadly we soon realised communication was not existent we had to chase Then we decided to do our own research So met with Coulson James and immediately felt this is the agent but let's get them round for advice then back to their office the Team were a TEAM and instructed them within two weeks and 6 viewings a deal was done After sale updates were excellent they stayed in touch with solicitors and the exchange was done in record time
