THE BEST ESTATE AGENT IN TOWN BY A COUNTRY MILE. I had four local agents value my house, ranging from independent family firms like Rowland Gorringe to large corporate agents. I found Rowland Gorringe to be most honest and transparent of all, with others just offering figures plucked out of the air in an attempt to get my business. I chose Rowland Gorringe and the whole experience was a joy from launch to market right through to completion day.
The marketing details were beautifully presented and the photography, on paper and online, was superb. We had an offer within no time at all and the negotiator managed to achieve a very, very good price (much more than we expected). When the sale was progressing we had constant communication (Even the couple we were buying from chose to contact our agent before their own), the whole process was smooth and extremely professional. I will always sell (and hopefully buy) through Rowland Gorringe in the future and would strongly urge anybody looking for a top, professional agency to do the same.
