Absolutely superb buying and selling experience with Tom, Matt and Fenton at the Brighton/Patcham branch. From valuation to getting our house up with professional quality photos was one day, and we sold to lovely buyers within 2 more. No query was ridiculed and everything expertly managed. Wendy and Matt have been superb with how they have handled viewings at the property. Whilst I am not selling, they have shown a caring and professional approach to myself as a tenant due to vacate. Great experience for myself and my partner with these guys, despite having a fairly long chain with our purchase these guys managed the situation incredibly well, quick and prompt responses to pretty much everything. Nothing was ever too much to ask for despite myself and my partner having endless enquires. Michael, Fenton and Tom were a delight throughout the whole experience and i would 100% consider these guys when selling/buying in the future.

We cannot speak highly enough of Tom and his team. Right from the start we were impressed with his knowledge and commitment to giving my brother and me a first class service in selling the home belonging to my late father. Tom found a buyer (no, in fact he found 6 potential buyers from which we selected the best option!) in less than a week from the property going to market. Then, throughout the sale process, he and his team kept us fully informed with what was happening, and never let more than a week pass without telephoning, even if there was nothing particularly happening that week.

The team guided us through every step of the way, liaised fully with all parties of the chain, solicitors, surveyors, everyone. Then as the exchange date approached, the contact was ramped up to ensure a smooth exchange on time and again we were kept updated with progress. Choosing Tom and team at Mansell McTaggart Patcham was definitely the best decision we made when selling our house. They truly went above and beyond at each step of the process. They reached out proactively to provide updates when relevant and were easy to get hold of if we had any questions. The communication was open and honest and not just telling you everything was roses.

This was so appreciated and not something which is common in the industry. Finalising the sale after we moved overseas was no problem at all, they adapted to a different time zone, arranging things on the ground and even dropped by to let in companies who needed to enter the property on multiple occasions. This review relates to Tom and the team at Mansell McTaggart Brighton (Patcham). I'm not in the habit of writing online reviews but they deserve it. Highly professional and ultra-responsive, their quality of service was a league better than that of any estate agency I have previously dealt with. It was clear that the transaction, my custom and their reputation all mattered to them *personally*.

They made appropriate and targeted use of new and traditional marketing methods. They progressed the matter to a swift and successful conclusion with energy and drive. Their knowledge of market dynamics and of the legal and other processes involved was excellent. They are clearly passionate about their work, delivering service fully worthy of those five stars.

Setting the standards other agents should strive to achieve. After moving from another agent to Mansell McTaggart the difference was night and day, exemplifying what a service should be, professional, articulate and with a very much can-do hands-on approach. Simply put, above and beyond doesn't even start to describe their service / attention and in itself would be an injustice to leave it there.

I swear Tom worked 25hrs a day 8 days a week on our very 'tricky' transaction (which was nothing to do with Mansell McTaggart I hasten to add), the man's not human! They really do amplify the cradle to the grave service (or as their catch phrase says 'From start to finish'), simply can't recommend them enough. With Mansell McTaggart you're in safe hands.

I have recently purchased a property through this agent, I can't rate them highly enough. They have communicated with me regularly throughout the whole process and have had there work cut out in helping to speed the process up through chasing solicitors, agents and broker. Mansell McTaggart were the Estate Agents for our onward purchase; despite this, we had the most brilliant communication with them even though they were not being paid by ourselves. Matthew Chandler was especially helpful, efficient, professional, and had better knowledge of the chain than the solicitors in the chain.
