Hudson Moody were completely wonderful! My moving experience was far from smooth, due to other external factors, and they were endlessly supportive. They were very communicative about the progress of my sale and handled everything so well. Highly highly recommended!

At the beginning of the year, we acted fast on a newly listed property and got the very first viewing slot; we knew this because a female staff member revealed to us that the tenant demanded one week's notice for viewings (and the date they got back to us with was exactly one week on). It was miraculous then to be told by Tom on viewing day that they've *already had* a "string of viewings".

Sure thing Tom, that's probably why the vendor ended up accepting our low offer; they were so swamped with higher offers they just wanted some peace and quiet! It was Tom's bravado which gave us the confidence to put a massively lower offer in; once the seller entertained the idea by show of a counter-offer, we knew we were in and so hastily accepted. "Integrity is choosing your thoughts and actions based on values rather than personal gain." For real though, it was actually like he was playing hard to get throughout the viewing; acting uninterested (in us and the property) - we felt like he thought he was doing us a favour just by being there. Looking back I got bad vibes straight away when he went really rough with the door handle and keys, slamming things loudly with no respect for other people's possessions.

I wanted to end it there and then. I was new to the process, and sensed a massive eyre of superiority on his part due to my naivety. However I couldn't have been easier to please! The house ticked every box, all he had to do was unlock the door nicely and answer our queries without playing mind games. Finally, the arrogance was astounding (delusions of grandeur, the lot) - it felt like I was in an episode of The Apprentice and this guy was trying to sabotage the task in order to backstab me in the boardroom.

Great experience of buying a house through Hudson Moody. Rose was excellent throughout the process, keeping us up-to-date and dealing with requests in a very prompt, effective and friendly way. We were really let down by another agency's poor customer service on a previous offer (Lancaster Samms), so was pleasing to have a much better experience here.

Friendly, professional team who kept us, our solicitor and our buyer informed at each step of the process. We had changed from a national estate agent where every time l had to go through a process of explaining who l was, where the property was etc, it was great to move to a local team where as soon as l said my name they knew who l was.

I'm so glad I chose Hudson Moody. In a frantic market they gave us a sensible valuation where others fluctuated from far too low to ridiculously high. They got viewers through the door very quickly. Then came the hard bit. Although the house sold almost straightaway, there were significant blockages and inertia further back down the chain and without the dogged perseverance of Rose (the sales progressor) the target date would have been missed and the whole thing would have been a disaster.

Rose always responded to my calls and emails, maintained contact with my solicitors and worked with them as a team to push the sale through. I should also give an honourable mention to my solicitors, Spencer Elliott, who kept up the pressure on the chain to exchange contracts until they finally did.

Alex has worked tirelessly to provide a very professional service. After finding the property we wanted he had our property on the web within 24 hours and viewings booked in. Outstanding! His guidance through the whole process was Excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

I have found Hudson Moody extremely professional throughout the sale of my property. Not only are they very fast at responding to phone calls and emails but also to viewing requests and booking them in at short notice to suit potential buyers despite diaries being full, they accommodated and made availability and Jo even came in on her days off! The team (too many to mention you all), but Jo, Rose, Ben & Tarnia create bespoke services to suit you. Although we hit a few bumps although the way with Brexit and the pandemic they never faulted or gave up their drive to achieve and deliver. Huge thanks to you all.
