Finding the right house for a home was not easy. Unlike other property agents, we were not only shown around the house, but explained about the future potential of the property. We had a very good experience with the staffs during the whole process of buying the property and each and every query were sufficed extremely well. Special thanks to Adrian for responding with the queries quickly and following up till the completion.

Viewed a property and sent our details as soon as we possibly could we had both been at work all day and it was impossible to send our details any sooner thab we did felt a bit like we were not even considered because we sent our details later on in the day

Unfortunately, I have got very bad experience with this agency. Never responding on emails, especially two people in the office very bad, I would say they are doing illegally things there, wife and husband, covering each other. Please don't use this agency or if happened that you already with them please recording each and single your step otherwise everything will be turned around against of you.

Excellent experience from start to finish when selling our house during the pandemic and stamp duty holiday - can't fault any part of the service. Outstanding advice given to us in some tricky circumstances about our onward purchase as well.

I don't usually do this, but please Avoid this estate agency. Con artists at work. For example, They failed to include vital information on tenancy agreement (misrepresentation and misleading) which is against the law (legal obligation to the client). And tried to fob me off on that initially until I made a complaint to the Ombusdsman and other issues aswell now still being ironed out. * So I reply to the owner who replied below, there are indeed, as you put it, consequences for the illegal actions that you as an agency have done regarding my family's move to one of your properties that you Managed, aswell as the whole tenancy agreement failures.

They also take advantage of certain tenants and if you are one of those type tenants and or your circumstances change unexpectedly, you are in for a ride. So be extra vigilant and careful. Matter of fact, Don't even think about it. Will cost you more than just your money and health.

After many months of searching and many bad experiences with other agents we finally found our perfect home through Woodcock Holmes they were amazing from start to finish especially Ollie and Adrian. Our experience went so smoothly without any problems.

Woodcock Holmes have managed the letting of our property for three years and have been consistently excellent. They have been especially helpful this year as they needed to take us through the process of removing tenants who had stopped paying rent. Following on from this Annette Smith-Hooke has been amazing at project managing a whole host of work which needed to take place because of the condition in which the tenants had left the property. Communication has always been good - Matt and Tasha have also worked very hard in helping us move forward. Thank you to all concerned.

I started using Woodcock Holmes over 6 years ago and during this time gradually transferred all my properties over to them from various agencies. Annette Smith-Hooke deals with informing me of all maintenance issues very efficiently. She lets me know well in advance when the gas safe certificates are due allowing me plenty of time to sort out an appointment with our gas engineer. Matt, Tasha and Sophie are all very knowledgeable in their field. I have also sold property with them which would not have gone through had it not been for Lesley's patience and good communication skills with all parties involved.

Woodcock Holmes have been letting one of my properties for three years now and when my tenants not only defaulted, but left the house requiring more than 20k worth of renovation, they could not have been more supportive and helpful. Annette Smith-Hooke has project-managed the works, managing various teams, providing quotes and regular updates. She has been both professional and friendly. Matt and Tasha have also been very supportive and are working towards getting the property back on the market for tenants.
