The whole team was superb both during purchase but impressively also after the exchange. It is the latter which in our view has separated Woodford from other agents we've used in the past. The Woodford team are locals, who know the area inside out. This is invaluable to home buyers new to the area looking to integrate into their new community. I rang up to inquire about moorings that was up for sale the advertisement was wrong which I would not have known this the gentleman I spoke with got annoyed about the advertisement and spoke to me terrible I told him this is not my fault and to speak to me properly the most unprofessional person awful was a cash buyer to. obviously they do not need clients.

I had internet and then two local agencies out and wasted several weeks marketing at an inflated price with one of them. They were persuasive and pushy. I wish I had listened to Chris Woodford's advice from the beginning. We sacked the first agent and went on with Woodfords, at the right price and the property was sold.
