We moved into our new home on Lake View in Earlswood 1 year ago. At that time the garage door was damaged and Kingswood promised to rectify. They have tried one solution which failed and since then taken our garage door away to be re sprayed. At the same one of our neighbour's had their door re sprayed and the manufacturer's name badge was over sprayed and the black is a different shade to the rest of Lake View - they have asked for a new garage door. Kingswood are saying that they will provide a new name badge if the sprayer has over sprayed ours.

We deserve a new replacement garage door as ours has been damaged, even before we moved in. The Lake View site is still not completed and nor is our snagging list. We would not recommend this builder. They make empty promises and this is the third commitment we have had to finish off our snagging.
