We specialise is providing a tailored service to meet each clients specific needs. This ranges from finding a tenant for a house, selling a house or a scheme of houses through to management of a large property portfolio. Before establishing his own business in Saintfield in 1999 Bill worked for over 15 years in property at locations as diverse as Lisburn, Hong Kong, London and Belfast gaining a broad and invaluable wealth off experience.
The recession has hit everyone and probably home owners more than most. The market is picking up, sale prices are showing a small increase and there are many more buyers able to buy and sellers willing to take today's prices. We have a thriving book of houses available to Let and/or being managed from our Saintfield office. If I could give 0 out of 5 I would have. Such a horrible man Bill McKelvey is. He told tenants of his that my parents (that live beside these tenants) are horrible, always complaining and take no notice of them. This is so unprofessional of an estate agent. Shame on you! For your information my parents are sick and you really don't care how noisy a tenant you put in. Complete joke.

Rarely would I post such a negative review on a small business but it seems 1 star may be too much for this company. Other customers appear to have the same experience. If you want a hassle free rental, to be treated like a human being, and to ever see your deposit again, AVOID. Socially distance yourself from their door.

Really not surprised this place has such a bad reputation. conned me out of 330 after leaving my property, refused to return my deposit, refused to speak to me about it and then wrote fake letters to use as evidence as he is obviously unable to reveal his incompetence publicly. Bill is a conman who wants nothing but money and he has no professionalism whatsoever. Disgusting behaviour from the whole team, have no idea how they are still getting business. Avoid at all costs!

If you can, go for another agent and avoid this one like your life counts on it. I have rented for c. 15 years, both directly with landlords and through agents and have had positive relationships even with the more challenging personalities. I rarely if ever feel strong enough about something to actually give it such a negative review. There is no need to put the details here but safe to say that everything from management, to contracts, negotiation, communication and general interaction was just terrible. We ended up forfeiting our deposit. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
