One of the worst services I have ever come across. I phoned the lettings agent every single day for almost a week trying to get a date & time booked in for a viewing. Everyday I was told that they were waiting for the landlord to confirm a date, which I fully understand. Finally viewings had been confirmed but I was completely left out as the lettings agent "phoned me" to let me know when I could view the property but missed their call.

I had no missed calls, voice messages or text messages left for me. I find it ridiculous that they can only take a handful of people to view the property. It takes literally 10min to allow someone to view a property. I'm sure they could fit me in, especially knowing I had been phoning everyday for 5/6 consecutive days. I'm pretty sure if it was a property for sale, they wouldn't treat a potential buyer like this.

They were brilliant at helping me sale my house and they went over and above nothing was to much trouble

Quite Exceptional I purchased a property through Lloyd Martin, the rental of which they now manage on my behalf.
