If i could give 10 Stars I would! These lovely people are complete Superhero's. I put my house on with them over 15 months ago now, and they worked so hard to sell it for me, working over and above what i would have ever expected. The house, through no fault of the agents, fell through Twice. But they soldiered on, always having a positive and upbeat attitude to getting a new buyer.

I estimated that they must have shown nearly 100 people around the house, and never did they seem to complain. Peter runs an excellent team. Michaela and Samuel have been looking after me throughout and it has been with such professionalism and politeness right the way. I bought my property through Peter and his team and they were very professional and pro-active throughout. That was over 7 years ago. I subsequently rented it out through the rental side of his business and I cannot fault them. Always on the ball trouble shooting any problems as they occur immediately and using trusted local tradespeople. The vetting process for potential renters is scrupulous and sensible. Timely thorough property inspections give peace of mind to absent owners. Being a friendly, family business helps a great deal and I cannot thank or praise them highly enough.

The application process is not fair or transparent as the agent will act favourably on the behalf of an applicant if they are persistent enough. This is not set out in the terms of the lettings application. Furthermore, the agent threatened legal action for leaving what they consider to be a 'defamatory' review.

In 20l5 I bought my house through Peter Buswell. I loved the friendly family feel. Most importantly, Michaela listened to me and found what I needed. So it was a no brainer to go back to this lovely company when I had to sell unexpectedly this year. For the past year they have also managed the letting of the property. They did everything; from contracts to vetting and getting references for potential tenants.

I trusted them and the advice that Amy and Sophie gave was spot on. It was reassuring knowing that such a professional team was looking after my interests as I was living in the Highlands of Scotland. They also went above and beyond when various maintenance contractors needed access to the property. I can't thank them enough.

Estate agents have, at best, a mixed reputation. The team at Peter Buswell prove that there's an exception to any rule. When I was looking to put my house on the market I sought recommendation and three people independently recommended them. I quickly saw why. From the initial contact to the sale and subsequent follow ups they've been flawless. There's none of the hard sell, only professionalism and credibility.

Also while I've had dealings with a number of people in the office it's clear that they communicate brilliantly. A special thank you to Michaela and Samuel - both peerless in my experience. If you're selling a home in the area that Peter Buswell cover you really shouldn't use anyone else.
