M & M Properties looked after my apartment for rental for many a year, and it was always done so well. I have just sold it, and even though they were not looking after it anymore, Alex still went out of his way to meet the buyer and hand over the keys. 5 Star Service! Would highly recommend. Nicola

Didn't even view any properties. I phoned to try to arrange a viewing and they wanted us to get a guarantor just to view a property to rent(!). We are in our 40s, own another property and are in the process of signing contracts for new jobs, my wife having been given a start date to work for an investment bank in the square mile, hence the move. Apparently because we are not 'currently' working we have to have someone co-sign our lease!

The guy's response on the phone when I said that we would not be doing that was: "Good luck finding a property then." (!) With some many properties on the market at the moment, avoid this lot, there are plenty of other agents out there.

This was my first time selling a property and the level of support of was very good, especially through price negotiations, and later in chasing the local authority.
