Murrays Lettings offers a comprehensive lettings and management service. We understand the importance of finding the right tenants and can offer busy landlords peace of mind with our full management service. Our experienced lettings team are always on hand to offer advice to landlords and tenants and we believe that our small portfolio and passion for what we do, enables us to provide a level of service that the larger agencies simply cannot match.
The Mayfair Office with its central London address in Thayer Street, offers the perfect venue from which our clients' properties can be promoted. The team there work in conjunction with a network of over 450 Estate Agents offices worldwide, so it is a major influence in the property market and potential source of enquiries for our properties.
James who was brought up in a family of Estate Agents, initially trained in London before joining the family business with a passion for property, James' other interests include singing and raising money for charitable causes. Richard founded Murrays with his parents, Clive and Jenny in 1993 and has lived locally for most of his life.
The first and perhaps the most important part of selling or letting a property is the initial market appraisal which encompasses an assessment of the property's market potential, given its type, size, condition, location, and development opportunities etc., the method of sale, i.e. private treaty, tender, or auction, the marketing strategy and establishing an appropriate asking price, which is critical in achieving an early sale.
