Sawyers Estate Agents are an established Estate Agency having a proven track record throughout the Cotswold region. Having set up over 32 years ago in an office located in London Road, Stroud business levels have continued to increase, and we soon realised that we had outgrown our original premises and moved to our current double fronted office in George Street in 2000.
Steven, who is MNAEA and MARLA qualified has now been working in the local property market for over 28 years and is well known and respected for offering straight forward, honest advice combined with a highly professional and personal service. He specialises in the letting of all property types within the Stroud, Stonehouse, Nailsworth areas but has also built up a Block Management client base.
We are currently seeking a Residential Block Manager to deal with a small portfolio of residential blocks within the Stroud District. A minimum of 2 years on the job block management experience is preferred. Deal with matters arising and have an upstanding of accounts to be able to compile budgets, reserves and final accounts.

I have recently rented a house through Sawyers Estate Agents. Although I have only been in in the country a few months, Steven helped at every step so that I could rent the property. There was a hick up with the initial move in date due to an unforeseen gas leak, but Steven made sure that this was sorted out, on a Sunday no less! He even made sure that the feed from the satellite dish was sorted 2 days before Christmas. I would definitely recommend Sawyers Estate Agents.

Excellent customer service. We have been looked after by Helio and the team at Sawyers incredibly well. They are a friendly bunch & have been happy to help. Moving in was very efficient & organised - no delays. Any queries/issues we have had have been resolved immediately. Highly recommend estate agents.

I moved in to a property at Dudbridge Hill at first Steven seemed lovely very friendly! But a few months in we had nothing but issues! They don't like to fix anything they take months to sort anything. Steven talks to you like rubbish! I waited a year for my daughters leaking window to be fixed! My fences nearly 6 months they finally fixed it but left my garden unsafe after talking to him his response is when I tidy my garden up they will tidy it up and then he proceeded to say my children need to be supervised so shouldn't matter the argument went on for a while im at my witts end with sawyers there useless unprofessional and they don't look after any of there properties DON NOT GO WITH SAWYERS

After prior attempts in trying to sell my property with different agents, Sawyers were the only ones who actually managed to get a substantial amount of viewers through the door and my home was under offer in under 2 weeks. We purchased our first home with Sawyers and found them to be very helpful and accommodating. When we needed assistance or advice they always made an effort to be there for us. I believe they marketed the property well so from both a seller and buyer prospective I think they offer excellent service. When we sell our property I would definitely consider them first.

We dealt with Sawyers for both our sale and purchase. Our home was presented to market quickly and extremely well, lovely photos taken and detailed floor-plans produced - all carried out and produced by Clive himself - which surpised us as we were expecting to have to pay for them separately to third parties. Clearly two of Clives many talents! Our home was under offer in no time and after a short spell of negotiations our purchase was also agreed. 6 weeks later we were in!
