Needed them fairly quickly on recommendation to contact them but there was no response to emails, so decided to call after being recommended by Remax as well as they have an A4 advertisement in Remax' catalogue to be told by them that they hold no info on us on file even though we were a previous client and they are not taking on any more clients at the moment, so waste of everyone's time really.

I can't lie these lot are terrible, some helpful people on the phones from time to time but you get the jist they don't care. Never once was able to get hold of my so called case manager. They ask me for outstanding information the day of my completion.absolute joke to email me 7am and ask for scanned documents when I asked many times is there anything you need from me.
And to top it off they have not completed my service on full yet keep txting and emailing me that it's complete. Still trying to chase and email Louise Wilson to no avail. When you call and ask for her the staff tell you "she has over 100 emails to respond to". And? Point being? Is that not your job? How can u try and get sympathy off a client lol he pays for a service and u think I care how busy or how many emails you have? We all have things to be doing. All in all I would stay far away.

Absolute shambles of a company who have failed to conclude missives on time disrupting everyone involved and don't feel they need to offer any explanation for their total lack of competence. They've pushed back a house purchase at the last minute when they've had weeks to get affairs in order and left 2 families basically in limbo.

So disappointed Nationwide use them as the third party for their mortgage applications. I couldn't have imagined any organisation in that capacity could be this bad. Six months later, endless returns of forms that have already been approved by an independent lawyer, and now a claim for me to purchase insurance or they won't continue with the application. Withdrawing my Nationwide application due to this and going with another bank.

At first I was apprehensive about using Your Conveyancer as our estate agent required that we use them. However I needn't have worried, Your Conveyancer handled all our matters with diligence and professionalism. We were kepy up to date at all times with the status of our case andwe never had to wait long for a reply when we had questions. We were so impressed with how they handled the sale of it old property we used them for the purchase of our new one as well. I'd encourage anyone in the area who's looking for a conveyancer to use Your Conveyancer.

The worst firm I ever delt with. I, ve bought a property 4 years ago and they were dealing with my paper work. After so long I still straggle with doing any remorgage as this firm did't deal with my case properly. Avoid them if you can They doesn't care about the clients as well. Tried to contact the firm to ask if they could finish off the last paper work for me to be able to move on with my remorgage but they ignore me and don't even answering the phone or reply to the emais.

Absolutely shocking service, their incompetance and utter lack of any urgency in getting my mortgage switched to new provider has cost me over 500 in extra interest as their delay has meant i have rolled onto standard variable rate. And my so called 'case manager' has not responded to my emails or phone calls once, total indifference to the customer! Other reviews seem to be experiencing exactly the same problems! Avoid them at all costs.

I have been a Broker for almost 20 years. I have never come across a more professional, speedy and efficient individual than Shannon Doolan at Your Conveyancer. I truly hope that she is running the Team one day as her service standards were 5*. You are a credit to your company. Thank you for all your help.

Absolutely abysmal service. If I could go back and pay for my own solicitor instead of using My Conveyancer (provided free by my mortgage lender), I would in a heartbeat. They are completely unresponsive, it takes about three to five emails to receive a reply. You are given a 'case manager' and you never hear from them, instead when you do receive a email response it's from different people each time.
I understand that lockdown put people under pressure, but this was ridiculous. After numerous emails to them after sending them all the documents they asked for and explaining that my property completion was coming up and I needed some idea of when to expect funds to arrive, I called their hotline. I had tried calling them many times over lockdown but they would never pick up.
This time they did, and credit to them, the lady on the phone sorted things out for me in about a hour. She got done in an HOUR what I had been asking them to complete for a month. I got my first correspondence the next day from my 'case manager' telling me my funds would be organised in just two days. She had completely ignored the date that I asked for the money to arrive on (repeatedly), but I accepted because I just wanted everything to be over.
Then this morning she told me that there were 3 more forms to fill out! Forms that had NEVER been sent to me, that I had never been told I had to sign to complete. Thankfully I was able to sign and scan them back to her straight away, but had I been away from my printer everything would have been postponed. I've never written such a bad review before, but this company was just SHOCKING. There is a reason it's free. If you have the extra cash, pay for your own solicitor. Saving the money is not worth the trouble of dealing with them.

Your Conveyancer Dunfermline were appointed for our remortgage from Halifax to HSBC, thankfully our experience was a good straight forward one, paperwork was in order, could check the progress online, were able to get someone by phone, and it completed on the requested date. Going by the reviews on here, they seem a mixed bag, but our experience was positive so hopefully they're making changes for the better.
