We had decided that Claygate was the place we most wanted to move to. Popped into Matthew Pierce Estate Agents one day to register but unfortunately they didn't have any lettings on the books at that time. A week later Matthew called to say a house had just come on which fit our criteria - it was perfect! Everything we had been looking for.
