I rented a studio flat from Unlimited Properties for 3 years in a gorgeous residential area in North London. Sharon and Oliver who manage the agency were really helpful throughout my stay, and made both the process of moving in and out as smooth and easy as possible. Dave the handyman was onsite whenever needed and always friendly. Unlimited's no deposit scheme took the stress out of moving in on my own for the first time. I recommend getting in touch with them if you wish to do the same!

Sharon and Dave are great. Sharon's the office manager. She's direct and to the point but she is FABULOUS! Dave is kind, understands the assignment and comes over fully prepared to fix anything! Unlimited Properties is the ideal landlord and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all of y'all! Sam x

Soo, we rented an apartment in this agency for the last 2 years. Very nice and responsible agency. Our agent Sharon has always supported and looked after us. So thank you for being such a sweet person. : I believe that they only let studios and 1 bed but the quality of their property is 10/10. If something in your house doesn't work - they have a wizard who can fix, fit and assemble just about anything. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good and affordable home.

I spent a couple of years with Unlimited Properties. They had a range of properties for me to choose from. They were very helpful and professional. They helped me move quickly during the lockdown. I received a welcome pack (kettle, toasters, plates, mugs, etc) when i arrived into my clean, tidy, neat studio and felt at home quickly. Any initial queries were quickly sorted out by Sharon and Oliver.

They have a great maintenance guy David who was quickly on site to sort out any rare issues. Of all of the places i have stayed, my best stay has been with Unlimited Properties. The studio was in a nice quiet area. You could not be looked after by anyone better!

Best decision made on renting with Unlimited Properties. NO DEPOSIT! NO HASSLE! Was looking high and low for a flat for some time and thought I would stay for a short while when I finally landed here. 2 years on and still here. Thanks to Sharon and company.

I've been with unlimited for 9 years, wonderful company and wonderful people, they try to help whenever possible. I admit I've replaced the original furniture with my own but any issue with repairs are normally sorted out swiftly and efficiently. I have no reason to move on. Sharon and Oliver are wonderful people and are easy to speak to.

I have been a tenant with them for 9 months and can only speak in glowing terms of their efficiency, honesty and impeccable professionalism. Sharon (who is the person I most dealt with) is simply everything one could ask for when dealing with a letting agent - responsible, professional, understanding and efficient! The studio is pristinely clean, bright, airy and super cozy.

The price is unbeatable and the neighbourhood is quiet, safe and suitable for a professional. On moving in, the starter pack (which included simple kitchen appliances, duvet, towels, etc) was a pleasant surprise that spoke volumes of their ethos of warm hospitality. And then there are the little details (like receiving a Christmas gift unexpectedly from them).

These things make all the difference. David, the maintenance man, is an expert and wonderfully prompt in responding to the rare problem that crops up. I feel blessed to have found this agency and this flat. Having stayed in many rental properties in London and other cities, hands down, this is the best place I've stayed at and the best agents I've dealt with!

I have lived in one of their properties for over three years now, and am very happy with the property and the service I get from Unlimited Properties. On the rare occasions that I have requested a service visit, the response has been excellent, and the service has been first class. I have been with unlimited properties for a year. I discovered them on spareroom.com and I was pleasantly surprised that I could own my own studio flat! The no deposit scheme is great and the rooms are well kept and maintained. Sharon is always on the end of the phone to help me out with any queries or issues and repairs and maintenance are carried out fairly quickly and efficiently.

I would recommended this rental agency to anyone who is looking to get thier own flat and independence. They also supply nice touches like starter packs with contain some bits to get you started like a kettle and towels etc. They also give out nice little Christmas gifts to all thier tenants. These nice touches make you feel welcome and valued! 5 stars from me.

Whilst we were only renting from unlimited for 6 months, in the short time we were with them Sharon and the team were great. The team were incredibly helpful, very professional, and if there were any issues they were incredibly quick to respond and get it sorted. We would definitely rent from them again, and would highly recommend.

Sharon the office manager is very professional. The maintenance team are excellent and deal with any issues immediately. I cannot recommend them enough. I rented through them for 18 months and would definitely rent again through them.

Unlimited Properties were incredibly professional, clear and efficient They made moving in so easy. The no deposit scheme they run is great as I didn't have to lay out much money and had no worries about getting my deposit back which I had terrible hassles with from my last landlord. The studio was lovely and clean and so far after 3 months all is still great. Thank you Sharon. You are the best.

Sharon was incredibly professional and responsive whenever I had any minor issues (of which there were few). The maintenance team responded immediately. The studio was spotlessly clean and the rent was very reasonable, especially as it included council tax. I spent a long time looking for a studio and this was by far the best.

We used Campbell and Dean as agents for a house we let. James and his team are so knowledgeable, always polite and courteous, respond quickly to any queries and are very easy to get in touch with. Their attention to detail is exceptional - reports always contain a good level of detail and accurancy. Inspections are carried out on time and we are identified of any issues/repairs so we can make appropriate financial planning.

They are proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions which are then carried out on time and within budget. This allowed us, as landlords, to be "at arms length" while still being kept up-to-date. Communication is excellent - in particulary there are regular updates in relation to new landlord requirements. They have provided an exceptional service during the current pandemic in keeping both landlords and tenants up-to-date with current requirements - we have been really impressed with their communication around this.

In terms of customer service nothing is too much trouble and they always go that extra mile. We would, without hesitation, absolutely recommend Campbell and Dean - James and his team provide a first class service.

The people at Campbell and Dean are very helpful and friendly. I was dealt with very fairly throughout my dealings with them. I had a very quick response time to any issues raised. My deposit was returned in full at the end of my tenancy with no fuss. Would recommend Campbell and Dean to anyone.

DO NOT TRUST Canpbell and DEAN. I stayed at a property leased by Campbell and Dean, they took photos of the property when I moved in to the property, when I moved out a few weeks later they tried to say I had left lots of damage to to fraudulently try and keep my deposit, fortunately the photographs took by there own staff proved the damage was in the same photos took when I moved in.

Then they backtracked and said they will not charge me for the damage I did not do, but should now like 100 + VAT because I forgot to clean out the grill I used in the cooker. Trust stay as far away as possible from this company.

Rented a property, wasn't prepared for entry. I admit I was late to view the property but was rushed quickly around by an uncaring agent. I was guaranteed the property would be properly cleaned but the oven was covered in grease, the fridge was dirty and the doors not properly sealed allowing cold air into the property. When I left, it was unfortunately heavy snow but was given no compassion or compromise.

I was told i had to vacate promptly even though I couldn't get a removal van due to the road being snowed in. I arranged for a local uplifter to remove items I had to leave after a few days, when his van was empty and notified the office but they refused saying they would remove all the items at my expense. I discovered nobody had moved in for at least 2 weeks and they took several days to look at the property after the snow had cleared so I could have stayed and cleared everything properly if they had been more compassionate.

The office manager was very rude and ignorant during any contact and unwilling to resolve the numerous issues until several complaints were made. I would never use the company again and found my time with them very disappointing.

I have been a landlord for 20 yrs and can honestly say with ZERO reservations that Campbell and Dean are the most professional and stress free letting agent I have dealt with. They inherited a nightmare tenant from my previous letting agent and were a complete joy in helping me iron out the problems and issues. They are always quick to deal with issues, polite and professional in all dealings I have had and are refreshingly fair in how they approach both landlords and tenants.

I will be with them for years to come, without a doubt. ***All previous reviews seem to be tenants not doing things they should or landlords doing what they are legally entitled to do. It's a tad unfair blaming the letting agent for these things, they are just the middle man.***

The worst agency ever! They just chose tenants how they want! We are a young family with 2 children. We live in Sandbanks, Poole. They asked us to come and view one house, so we traveled 500miles with our baby to can have this house, we gave them all information requested about us! On the viewing was so so poor presented everything, no helping at all!

We paid 125 fees to can make a form request for having that house. Nobody said nothing about any programs, about we need to bring original documents to their agency! I founded all this details in one email below. We been to the agency on Saturday and everything was closed. We decided to continue our journey until Monday afternoon to go there and to show more than they've asked!

I've paid 400 for 3 nights and I done my best having this house. Today I have received an email saying their landlord is not accepting us and is a final decision, without any reason! So so disappointed about them.

Campbell and Dean, are in control of a private let that I am in. They are a very professional company and have kept a high standard from the first call till now 2 months in to the lease. Any problem I have is dealt with quick and effectively. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a company to manage there property.
